Any goods purchased on the website are supplied by PP Partnership. All transactions will be completed in Pound Sterling.

Returns Policy
OUR 14 DAY GUARANTEE

You can return non customised items bought at henpartytshirt.com to PP Partnership within seven days of receipt and get a full refund. Sadly once the 7 day guarantee period has passed PP Partnership can only accept items back that clearly have manufacturing faults. We aren't able to take back items that don't fit, where shipped wrongly or you simply didn't like once our guarantee period has ended.

Customised garments

A customised garment or garments can be returned for a full refund or item exchange if your order meets the following

  • The print work on one or more of the garments is incorrect from what was specified in the order
  • The garment has clear manufacturing faults

Please note that the image previews generated at the point of reaching the basket are only visual approximations. These approximations includes the colour of the t-shirt, the position and colour of the text, and the clarity of the image on the garment.

EXCEPTIONS TO RETURNS POLICY

There are a couple of general exceptions to our returns policy. PP Partnership aren't able to accept returned items that have clearly been worn and washed (unless there is a manufacturing fault with them) or are soiled or dirty. We can't accept items back that (in our opinion) have been deliberately damaged or have been subject to excessive wear and tear. All returned items must be in un-worn condition and should be returned with the original packaging.

DELIVERY COSTS & DELIVERY TIMES

Speed and quality of delivery is very important to us; we want you to be more than satisfied with our service. Please be aware that some items on our clothing range can take up to 5 working days to despatch. We normally use Royal Mail.

It is worth noting that we find a high proportion of missing items are held at local sorting offices or are held by a neighbour or colleague. Royal Mail should leave a card indicating this, however there are times when these are misplaced or not left at all, so if possible please check first.
