Copyright on pictures you would like us to print
You must own the copyright to any photo or image you upload to this website. This means you must have taken the picture yourself or have permission to use it. It is against the law to reproduce pictures, trademarks or logos which do not belong to you, including most of those downloaded from the web. We, therefore, retain the right to refuse to print any image which we believe you do not have permission to use and you agree to indemnify us against any loss, claims or expenses incurred by us as a result of you providing pictures which you do not have the right to use.
In addition, we reserve the right to refuse any order which include images or text which we deem to be offensive, obscene, blasphemous or defamatory.
Copyright on our pictures
All the images on this site are protected by copyright © and may not be printed, saved, downloaded, modified or reproduced in any way without our prior permission, in writing.
Prices and payment
Prices are in British Pounds and include VAT at the current UK rates, where applicable.
As orders are personalised and made to your individual requirements, payment is required prior to print and despatch. You can pay by credit card on-line or, if you prefer and your delivery address is in the UK, you can ring or e-mail us with the details of your order and send a cheque or postal order made payable to henpartytshirts.com to the address at the top of the contact page. We can only accept cheques, in sterling, from UK banks.

Order Confirmation
When you place an order, we will send you an acknowledgement to the e-mail address you have supplied. We will then check product availability and the details of your order and will send you further e-mails to confirm acceptance of your order and provide despatch information.
We may cancel the sale and not supply product if we have reason to suspect your order is fraudulent.
If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, we will inform you as soon as is practicable and refund any payment you have made, in full
Your Design
We print your design for you from the design you make on the website. We do our utmost to represent your design at exactly as possible, however due to the different colour monitors and printing processes, we cannot be held liable if the final printed design is not exactly as shown on your computer screen.Delivery and Returns

We may contact you on your landline telephone to confirm delivery details if they are different from your billing address.
Delivery Costs
Delivery charges are based on the weight of your parcel and the delivery address. Our delivery charges can be found at the bottom of the price list which can be found on the home page.
If it would be cheaper to send your parcel by courier, we reserve the right to do so, unless you have requested Royal Mail Special Delivery by 9am.
The Royal Mail Special Delivery service is not available in all parts of the UK. Before requesting Special Delivery, we advise you to check that they deliver to your area by clicking on these links:

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please e-mail us as soon as possible as your order may be completed within 24 hours of your order being confirmed. We may be unable to refund the full cost of your purchase if your goods have already been made to your design requirements. We will always refund the delivery costs if your order has not been despatched.
How we use your personal information
HenPartyTShirt commits to protect your privacy and will only use the information you have supplied in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
HenPartyTShirt members
If you sign up as a HenPartyTShirt member, we will use the information you provide to welcome you to the site when you sign in. We may also use your e-mail address to send you information about offers, articles available on-line and other related information and products that may be of interest to you. By becoming a member, you agree to us contacting you from time to time by e-mail, phone or mail. As a member, you may save your designs in your own area of our website. You can change your design at a later stage, if you wish, before buying.
Information provided during purchase
If you have supplied personal information during the purchase process, we will use your e-mail address to confirm your order has been received and then again to let you know that it has been or will be despatched. We will also let you know by e-mail if we are unable to supply any part of your order for any reason. We may also use your e-mail address to send you information, offers, articles available on-line and other related information and products that may be of interest to you.
We may also record which products you are interested in as well as general customer visit patterns and site use.
In addition, we reserve the right to delete any product design saved in password protected areas which include images or text which we deem to be offensive, obscene or defamatory.
We maintain security and privacy of your personal details at all times.
You have a right to request a copy of the information we hold about you. As per the Data Protection Act, we charge a £10 fee for processing this information.
Although children may become members of henpartytshirt.com and therefore upload photos and design products for saving, we expect all purchases to be made by an adult. All purchases should be made with the full knowledge, express consent and involvement of a parent or guardian.

If you want to change any of the information you have given us, you may change it at any time by

Law
The use of the henpartytshirt.com website and these terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the English law and the jurisdiction of the English courts shall apply.
All purchases shall be deemed to have been made in England.
Inspirations Page
We reserve the right not to include any photographs we do not consider suitable for this website.
Any photographs sent for inclusion on the website become the property of HenPartyTShirt and by sending them to us, you are giving permission for us to post them on the Inspirations page of this website.
Photographs will be removed at our discretion. You will not be notified if your picture is removed from this site at any time in the future.
No correspondence will be entered into regarding any decision on exclusion.
Safety
All possible care is given to ensuring the products sold are fit for purpose. However, the purchaser is responsible for satisfying themselves that the goods purchased are safe and suitable for the person for whom they are intended. henpartytshirt.com cannot be held responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse or inappropriate use of any products purchased from this site.
Liability
If any of these terms are found to be unenforceable or invalid, it will not affect any other clause, all of which will remain in full force and effect.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions whenever we deem necessary. Changes will come into force as soon as they are posted onto the website.
